About Kamini Desai:

For over 25 years, Kamini has been integrating ancient yogic wisdom with modern psychology, establishing a unique body of teachings. As the Education Director and Core Curriculum Developer at the Amrit Yoga Institute, she is at the forefront of advanced studies in Eastern philosophy. Additionally, Kamini is one of the three Founding Directors of the International University of Yoga and Ayurveda alongside Dr. Vijay K Jain, MD and Dr. Shekhar Annambhotla.

A sought-after speaker and teacher, Kamini's expertise in yoga, relaxation techniques, and artful living has led her to address various nationally accredited institutions and deliver teachings in over 10 countries worldwide.
